The concept you speak of, that you can get the SEC to intervene on hype seems a bit thin to me.

If indeed there are paid hypesters,,in any shape or form ,,even a

I will be there to castrate them ,,,, with my teeth....
And if you suspect any of them to be.. I will use what ever means to
ostracise them from not only SI but also with all the regularatory

I'm not so sure the SEC is going to jump on the bandwagon to determine whether or not a complaint from an anonymous poster trying to goad someone into posting lies about a pink stock will fly. They have a lot of cases to determine and the fact of the matter is, Barbara could say it was an obvious (well documented) hoax from the beginning and you put her up to it.
