I said nothing about "hype", I said fraudulent
statements.

I have no connection to Barb, whatsoever.

She is a free spirit to be a criminal any time she
wants.

I don't mind the SEC reading all of my posts and
letting them decide whether I "goaded" her into
anything.

This looks like the old SI game of distorting
someone elses ideas to fit your own.
I don't care if that's what you want to do.

I still believe my attitude is the proper one, and
I don't mind obeying the laws, and also I don't
mind reporting people that post fraudulent
information, for personal gain.

That's what the SEC is concerned with, and to be
honest, IMO, it affects everyone.
But, like I said, if you don't want to do it, then
don't.
IMO, everyone has to live by the things they are
comfortable with.

I am comfortable with obeying laws, being a decent
person, and not trying trying to swindle people.

If you are not, all I can say is."Thanks for the
warning", but remember there will be people
watching. ;-)
