Charred... One more thing..you said: "The fact is the current management lead this company into an very expensive legal battle and lost meanwhile management walked out with big profits. They have to pay for this somehow." I cannot find agreement with this statement either in that Although KRY did get involved in an expensive legal battle, they did so with the full belief that they were on the right side of the line. I cannot find ANY shareholder who would have disagreed with that statement back in 1997 or even Jan and Feb of this year. If they had suspicions, I would wonder why they actually held right up into mid-June. I have read the English translation of the June ruling and I can confirm that EVERY piece of legal discussion mentioned in it was at one time or another discussed among the members of the various forums.... If anyone does believe that the LC 4&6 situation was entered into just for promotional purposes , I would question why any KRY shareholder who truly believes would be holding at this time as that very belief should dictate to them that without another promotion, this company is not going anywhere soon. With respect to management making big profits...again..every shareholder who bought in before mid Jan had the opportunity to also take big profits...they can blame no one but themselves for not doing so.
