I never posted anything about "hype".
Barb tried to distort my posts to fit her argument.

You may have been talking about hype, I was talking about fraud.

When you say that "you or I are not reporting anybody", you are mistaken.

I have already posted several times, that if I read someones posts that were fraudulent, I would report them.

The SEC can do whatever they want with them.

Your attempt at trying to discourage me (or hopefully anybody else for that matter) to obey the securities laws, by saying the SEC doesn't care, is wasted.

Now.."hype" is an entirely different matter to me.
Everyone posts "hype", IMO it's just a matter of degree.
