TALKED TO LEGAL FIRM TODAY, SETTLEMENTS ENDED 7-1-98, UP FOR REVIEW BETWEEN NOW AND 1-15-99, WILL HAVE SOME REVIEWS AND SOME AUDITS AND THEN THE CHECKS WILL BE OKED AND DISTRIBUTED TO CLAIMENTS BY 2-1-99 SO WE JUST HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEN...................................
