MM, So your saying the options agreement will be reverse split also and the new board members will have options on 560,00 shares. Does the shares authorized stay at 200 million or is that reversed also? Either way it will be raised if it doesn't stay at 200 MM so they can start selling stock again IMO. Why else would they go so low if not to wipe out all the existing shares so they can sell them again. What a scam, they could have left us with a few shares instead of legally stealing them all from us. So much for Stamm's statement on June 1st that he was concerned for the investors! Bob
