This is the IPMCF thread, not the Desert Dirt TA thread, so a
what if type of inquisition post I will do, but first what does the
TA in above thread stand for ?
Now, lets assume that enough ipmcf shareholders agree to come together
and get a voting power to strong enough to do whatever they want to do
and also they agree to cough up money to do whatever they want to do.
And the decision is made to do the following:
- notify all directors, board members, officers, employees and any
loose chickens that even if paying off your contract and any golden
kleenex is required, it will be done, and to all bye bye, fired, etc.
- Now, tell court that represents the people that IPM owns money to,
that the shareholders in control will either let the IPM Company
continue and thus you get a fraction on the dollar IPM IOU you or
the shareholders will buy the rights to Black Rock only, and let IPM
cease to exist, thus IOUs are worth = ipmcf shares = zero. Here the
shareholders see as least money put in now = only get dirt rights, and
later or much later, only thru each year pay fee for dirt, that a day
will arrive that the desert dirts are discovered to be valuable, and
then big money will say "please" to us, for us to accept their money
so we can become a producing mining mill.
- Or, after kicking out all IPM people, the places that IPM IOU money
to say to us, please continue IPM the Company, and even if it means
that we have to accept paper rather than money, or even if it means
we get a much lower fraction on the dollar, then hey, it better than
zero. So, only hire a security guard to keep the dirt safe, and have
zero employees else where, so now the shareholdes only put in money
to safisfy the people owned money by IPM, and maby its not money but
paper shares, and the shareholders do put in the money to keep the
rights for the dirt for another year. At this point little new money
is put into IPM, and ALL ALL ALL shareholders will continue to hold
valid ipmcf shares, and we all hold/wait/pause/quiet until other dirt
companies do what required for the NEWTECH GOLD RUSH to start. Then
we awaken up and kind of be where IPM was to be long ago.
