Jim, Very valid and important concerns. Ask them exactly that in the conference call when they open it up to questions. If you are not satisfied, I will arrange it for you to speak with Dave Fennell, the main man. They just announced a 4 million dollar or so cash infusion which they will talk about at the conference call. Bill
