I found at BLOOMBERG.COM that warrant is capped at 5$!
original text:" the warrants are callable provided common stock at least 9 Dollars per share for 20 consecutive days."

So what goes on when this happens?
a) after those 20 days you can sell the warrant for 5$(9-4) ?
b) you can only sell in the year 2000?
c) or will you receive nothing after the 20 days?
