Okay here goes..
Moving one of the lines in the plant where by screwing up production.

Not training new people at the old plant side by side where by the new people could have taken over the old lines and the old people could then have gone to run the new lines.

Not warning that production short falls have caused problems to ward off people like ass-encio before hand to keep trust with share holders.

Trying to market a product to a whole country when you consider you are a small player in a field filled with sharks. Although I rarely enture into the medical field I knew long ago how things work, someone who is familiar with things already should have known before hand that it would be very difficult to have a high profile product without getting crushed by the big boys. This is a basic business practice that anyone knows and happens every day.

Trying to change marketting strategies in the middle of major problems where by reducing cash reserves which could be better spent.

Buying back shares for a R&D company that sold shares in the first place to raise capital for R&D and the amount of the buy backs.

After knowing some of the problems already, not being pre-prepared for any evantuality, Not pre-preparing multi-targetted positive press releases for the AUA conference.

I am sure I can think of quite a bit more..

But basically it comes down to , Save a penny and spend a dollar to do it. USE COMMON SENCE! If they did this would still be a $10 stock instead of $6 stock.
