Actually, it's a very good question. I've heard astute investors speculate that PMC agreed to invest ~$1MM (for them, pocket change) in CIST, and that CIST simply named the price. That is, this is CISTs way of telling other investors that they believe their stock is currently worth 75 cents/share. Rudy
