John - I live in Ontario - our utility is Ontario Hydro which uses all energy sources including nuclear. Do you suppose there is a possibility that they might not deliver on 01/01/00? If so, how could it come about - i.e. what sort of cause. I've seen talk on SI of people buying generators - do you think this is a real thing or unlikely. I mean if the power goes out can't they just turn it on again?? E
