The bear is here, even in up markets more stocks making new lows than highs, breadth is not good, again in up markets, declines are leading advances, days like thursday are real traps. And then comments from King of the World,"FED will not lower intrest rates", helps the bears immensly. Still, if you are buying for the long term, now is the time to buy(10 years out).
