Thanks for the detailed reply. The only thing left that I wonder of you have any insight (or heard anything) about is the deal with the military which moved the stock last year, in the first place. I remember that they were supposed to decide on that within 9 months. This would be about now. I still think there is undisputable value in this company with all the patents and the partnerships which will start paying up before the end of this year. I think that is why the company undertook this seemingly dubious financing action which is tied up to a 3 months duration (they must know that within 3 months things will be alright. The same goes for the aggressive dilutive plans they will be submitting at the upcoming annual meeting with the share-holders. Regarding Phbolton, although he was helped by the bear market in small caps and the insider's selling, I must admire his endurance as I am sure it wasn't easy being short through the volatility which marked the stock during the year (such as rallies from 12 to 26, etc...). Success on the short side however tends to make it hard for the same person to do as well on the long side if he chooses to do so as the bias is hard to get rid of. Go AND... Ghassan.
