This is a short update.

**UNITEC UP 16.67% THIS PAST WEEK**
Our efforts are paying off. The stock price moved up by a good margin this week closing up today at $0.35.

**PETER GRANDICH TO ASSIST IN CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT**
We announced that Peter Grandich has been engaged by Unitec. Mr. Grandich will advise management on matters of corporate strategy, on methods and means of financing the Company's growth, including introducing and assisting in presentations to financiers, fund managers and investors. He is also the editor and publisher of "The Grandich Letter" and is a featured speaker at international investment conferences.

**MORE PRESENTATIONS COMPLETED**
This week, we made presentations at both Union Securities and CM Oliver's downtown office. We have done this presentations to about 30 brokers now, and a number of them are watching us closely. Hopefully through them we can find more investors to our growing company.

**ONGOING PROJECTS**
The circuit boards, cables and mountings that were nicely laid out last week are now being transformed into the high-tech components of our proprietary SCADA system for the second phase of EMEC, our $4.3 million electrical distribution project in Chile. Barry, our Production Manager, is working hard to meet deadlines. If anyone would like a site tour of our premises, please advise me and I will set it up.

Well, enjoy the long weekend. The markets are closed Monday in Canada.

Regards to all,
Howard Jampolsky
