Graystone, I think the confusion here is making a distinction between the OTC BB stocks and the listed stocks. I was referring to stocks on major exchanges that have track records. The point being that (most of) these companies didn't get that successful by having incompetent management, yet the first thing many of us on SI do is rag on management. You see, as investors, we have the jaded perspective that a company's management is only as good as its stock price.

On the other hand, when it comes to the BB stocks, yes, the opposite is definitely true. These guys desperately need to build up their market cap and tend to pull out all stops to get noticed. No matter what product or service they offer, it always seems to be revolutionary. And, as far as projected revenues, if they could only get a mere 1% of the market this year, why, that would be $10M! Such a bargain they are at only a buck!
