Key date would be August 4th...Cisco and AOL reports that day. Money is on the line that both should exceed estimates...my big risk is obviously..the sell on news phenom. However bought both today..hoping for a quick fix in two days. I do hold DELL for the record and will continue to hope for the best. Its recent action despite the negative general sentiment kinda tells me that we are not alone in holding on for a run. We have seen good volume in the last couple of days with only swings of +/- $5 either ways while the general markets have essentially lost more. So, in the current market conditions and Dell behaving commendably, I am contended to sit thru the turbulence unless something fundamental changes when the financials come out on earnings. For the record, I will be loading up at open on AOL, CSCO, and DELL. If I am wrong....I will be washing floors... AOL to hit $125, CSCO at $105 and DELL at $120 before option expiry on August. Good luck to all. Just curious...all these perceived problems....earnings slow down, monica not swallowing, and japan have been on going sagas for a while...a majority of earnings have came in and have been decent..inflation is not yet a problem, rates continue to be stable...so what has changed? Am I missing something?
