Graystone, I think all of us need to make a distinction between BB stocks and those on major exchanges as they are quite different, IMO.

Also, I guess we need to define "manipulation". If Company A issues three press releases in a row to create interest, then good for them; that's just a business decision, IMO. However, if those press releases contain false and/or misleading information, then I consider that manipulation.
