James: I wasn't intending to flame you, so I hope it didn't come out that way.
Now we start to arrive at (maybe?) close to the point I was trying to make about reporting people.
I also doubt if the SEC can spend the time and energy on finding these people.
That's where we can help.
When you see a poster that is consistently posting blantantly fraudulent material, you print it, and forward it to the SEC.
What they decide to do with it..well, that's what they are getting the big bucks for.
All we can do is keep an eye out for the criminals and hope for the best.
The challenge, really wasn't a challenge for sport.
It was a challenge to demonstrate to show that the SEC will act, and also to show that there are people that are willing to help clean up the internet.
The attitude that well, if you don't like it, sue me. That's cool..but there are people that will take you up on the offer.
I am one of them.
Be brave..commit the fraud..but if I see it, I'll report.
Do you kind of see what I was getting at?
Maybe I went about it incorrectly, if I did..sorry to the readers.
I also am not concerned with petty hype...that's normal, IMO.
If you own a stock..what does anyone expect people to say..
It sux?
That's insane.
