anyone,

I'd be careful about sending too much stuff the SEC's way. If the majority of what you send them is basically fluff, you'll just get yourself a reputation for "crying wolf". Save your SEC communications for the really egregious material where you can either make a really good circumstantial case or outright prove manipulation. It's not as easy as it sounds.
