well, I think that they may have to reveal that, also.
I think the SEC is starting to lean towards the opinion that the internet is no different (to them) than any other form of "advertisement".
I am no lawyer, so this is just spec. on my part.
But in one of those definitions for the RR's they consider the bulletin boards "advertisements" for the purposes of a RR, so wouldn't it follow at some point they will for the newsletter writers also?

BTW..I think Yahoo is doing away with BB stocks, I think they feel that there is just too many problems associated with them, and it is just easier for them to toss the whole lot of them.
