This message is for all the readers, I am not steve..
I can't believe that you would suspect such a thing. All the people that posted on this thread were not the only ones that were deceived. I have been hearing and reading about all the things that people have said about me on this thread and many others, but what none of you have realized is that when I asked a question to be answered regarding the company or it's progress, I got my answers from Allen. furthermore if he falsified info to me I had no way of verifying it. In addition the people that we had hired to maintain or increase production lied on several occasions regarding the day to day production of oil and gas in Oilex's various fields, Again I have no control over that.

I was never part of upper management. A lot of conversations were carried out behind closed doors so I had no idea of what was going on. When I went out to the Big Foot field, I knew that the company drilled new in-field wells and when I saw the storage batteries they had oil in them.

I can't believe that I have been accused of stealing money from the company. If you people think that I was making some extravagant amount of money while I worked there, you are sadly mistaken. I made $2,000.00 per month before taxes and never really received a raise until about 2 or 3 weeks ago and that raise was I believe in the range of $400.00 . In addition to this I never asked for or took stock in Oilex.

Information about the potential the fields had for production was based upon adding additional swabbing units and the figures are correct. it still can be done. But saul has a lot to learn about the Oil industry and how to get the oil out of the ground. I really do hope that this company makes it, because the assets are there.

Oilex management did however send saul an e-mail before he really started investing heavily into the company. The e-mail advised him to come out to the corporate office and go over the books of Oilex before he made his decision. if you like I can post it for all to see.

I tried to answer your questions, but after Offie and Prude started posting about Allen. Allen instructed me not to respond to e-mails or on this thread. You can't blame me for that!.

As far as the Chapter 11 is concerned, it should be in the minutes of the meeting. In addition Oliver Timmins did grant Allen authority to act on the company's behalf ie; debentures etc... I just recently learned from a very reliable source that saul went over to Oliver Timmins house so he could get him to sign an affidavit that stated that Oliver never granted such powers to Allen Burditt.

also regarding the debentures every time someone would ask me about the debentures, I went to upper management to get an answer. if they said that there were no more debentures then that is what I replied with. I did not have access to that information.

I hope you folks understand the situation I was in.

Omar
