...As you can all see, EDII hasn't made any statement of any such numbers yet and WON'T UNTIL AUDITED FINANCIALS COME OUT, WHICH IF I NEED TO REMIND PEOPLE, IS BEING DONE RIGHT NOW....

Oh yes they have.

The annualized revenues of the presently owned subsidiaries and the above-described companies to be acquired will approximate $110,000,000 and the company is currently
profitable.

It would be very easy for EDII to put in their PRs, the most recent quarterly revenue, EBITDA, net income and other data. In particular, this PR announcing the closing of the Acqueren transaction is noteworthy in its lack of information about current performance.

...Sales for the next twelve months are projected to be approximately $10,000,000 and profitable...

What is on the record is a company which is $50 million short on revenues to claimed $110 million, if all acquisitions close, and far short on profitability. Since the bright light is being shined on Gort, Guttman and Christensen over at MTEI, it reasonable to speculate that inquiring minds will be looking at their activities here regarding the adequacy of press releases if any control is exercised by Christensen/Gort/Guttman et al through stock owneship in EDII. IMO, other conclusions are just "whistling past the graveyard."
