Like it really matters, i740 lacks performance. For the same price there are far better solutions than i740 chipsets. Riva 128 (zx), Ati Rage pro, Verite 2200 or 1100, etc... Those cards have proven better gaming support, and great 2d performance . As the i740 3d performance is almost nihil compared to the other cards in the video market, i don't see why people HAVE to buy this card to have a fast and cheap system config.... Intel produced a card wich is outperformed by cards of more than one year ago..(voodoo, permedia, Riva) Michael da Kota fhwl
