Thanks for finding that post and reminding the board. It is amusing to see people still using percentages to try to calculate the value. Especially SI vets with finance degrees !!!! rofl Nice to see an SI rookie correct a vet ! (I built a small spread sheet from doc's formula but changed a few of the valuations to suit my own mood and market condtions.) I fear that the WCAP/COOL situation has done some damage here, and current market will keep DRIV from reaching it's short term potential, but agree with the 10 -12 TSQD target longer term. And did not Doc also say sell 1/2 over 7 ?
