You are correct John, buy on a market and/or vrty weakness. So far
the tech chart is showing some resistance/support around low 10 and
low 12. I talked to a number of high senior officials and they all
appear to be quite bullish and confident with verity. (This is quite
unusual from top verity management, including Mr.Steven Kraus). This means that vrty is a good buy about now.

Some of you had some concerns about the recent market/vrty correction.
Basically you have little to worry with Sbona on board. Sbona has
probably one of the best track record in the industry. Regent Pacific Management Corporation (where Sbona is chief executive office) is a leading international turnaround management and financial advisory firm. Regent Pacific Management was a Winner of the 1997 Service Providers of the Year Award. regent-pacific.com.
I cannot go into the details because of fiduciary reasons. Verity
simply cannot be in better hands than with Sbona.

In terms of vrty, it will fluctuate like most other tech stocks. You should not follow vrty on a daily basis but rather on a quarter to
quarter basis. You should see, as time goes by, less volatility and better performance. Vrty could go in the near term around 16 dollars and medium to long term over 25 dollars. All this given consistent growth and profitability and reasonable market conditions. So far Sbona has done an excellent job and he intents to keep it that way.
Sbona's highly successful past assignments should provide a good
indication on what will happen to Verity.

In terms of rumors like takeovers and financial analyst coverage. It
appears to be true that Sbona and Steven Kraus have been approached
by a number of institutions. But more discussion on these subjects would be just speculation. As a serious investor, I would be wise to keep these rumors, just as a rumor factor, and rather concentrate on the company (financial, management, products, vision, etc.), which by the way, are quite impressive!.

Last year, a broker at Smith Barney said "Verity appears to have
an impressive objective for next year ". So far the foundations plans that were implemented by Verity are working out just beautifully. This momentum is likely to continue.
