Got this from the Yahoo site: Thursday July 30, 6:01 pm Eastern Time Colossal Resources delisted from Nasdaq NEW YORK, July 30 (Reuters) - Colossal Resources Corp. said Thursday that its stock would be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. The Vancover, Canada-based company said it failed to maintain the minimum share price that was now part of Nasdaq's new listing requirements. Nasdaq now required a bid price of at least $1.00 per share.
