As to profit margins of the various applications of FASC, this type of information would require experts in the different fields. I have made notes on these and it continues to grow in length. It boggles the mind when you consider all the possibilities that have been mentioned. I will try to put a posting together for later today.

I have found this much so far on the Beans.
Biochemical Products of Jack Beans:
Concanavalin A > or Jack bean lectin is one of the oldest lectins whose structure was solved by X-Ray methods. It has a specific ability to bind sugars and is used in many special preparations in biology and biochemistry. In particular, it is used in affinity chromatography columns.
Galactosidase >
Canavanine  >
N Acetylgucosaminidase >

One of the above is used to extract a special enzyme used in kidney dialysis.
