Stitch, what brought the comment regarding the sale of the dd and tape business to mind is the fact that the new CEO/President came from investment banking. He's the one that worked on the purchase of the s/w company. Why wasn't Shugardt replaced with a guy from the high tech business? If they wanted to stay within the company, wasn't there someone with a technology background that could run the company? Just seems strange to me that they turned the company over to a "investment banker/business man" at a critical time like this. JMO Stock Bull
