Lest I am mistaken, I believe most stocks would take off upon the filing of the application to the fda, not on approval. I would expect IMNR to be no different. And, a lot of time, the approval does nothing for the stock price because it was built into the price already since it was assumed it would be granted. How do people here feel about IMNR/Remune? I suppose whether the approval is built in will be apparent by the stock's price around the time the fda grants its decision.
