Sir:

We both agree that this bb had an abundance of clowns , hype and
just plain vulgarity.

I was also observing the BALLARD bb. It would seem that since this
companies technology has yet to entirely proven , I did not notice
many clowns posting there as we have here. Also to be noted is that
the stock price is very high , yet to date Ballard has yet to prove
that their technology is workable , in short it is not a mini MSFT
or something like Polaroid was many years ago. No one can state
without a doubt that Ballard is for sure the replacement for the IE.
Ballard has been given all the funds and time to prove their
technology , if this was not done , we would never know anything.

It certainly is not a benefit to a stock holder , if there is hype
or claims that are false about his company. In the long run false
claims will be uncovered.

There is a fine line between jumping to conclusions either pro or
con, first we must take into consideration all of the facts and
evaluate them objectively. Absurd comments do not help us clear
truth from falsehood.

AENG at this time is stating that this engine is being worked on
in the facilities of Carroll Shelby. The OX2 engine according to
AENG has advantages and is superior to existing IE. It is now
incumbent upon AENG to produce results , they are on record that
this is what they wish to do. We can not determine from the outside
if all of their claims are true or false , we can only know after
their work is completed. This is the risk simply stated , do we
want to wait , or is it for sure that the companies claims are
real or not.

Accordingly making false statements about the OX2 is wrong and
stating that the engine is a scam falls under the same category.
We can not know the truth until the work is completed.

The conclusion is obvious , no company in the world of stature will
sign contracts , pay money or use the OX2 or consider it , until
the work going on now is completed. This is the way it works in the
real world , patents , hype , rumors etc. mean nothing.

The facts are as stated , there is nothing more to say.

Regards
