UPDATE - "William Donahoo, Sr. Director of Product Marketing"...
I called the Inverstor Relations group at the Novell San Jose office and they are researching the information for me. I asked if they had a "Bio" on Mr. Donahoo covering his term with Novell, past experience etc. Nothing is availble in their files (I doubt if the question was ever asked). I mentioned to them that many share holders feel that Novell's product marketing going forward is very important and we want to make sure we have a superior management team in place to get the word out.

They were going to check into it and stated "I believe this is public information" that we can release BUT "if I can't find anything" how can I reach you <blah..blah..blah>. I told her that was not acceptable and I expected some basic 'Bio' information. This was required since many Novell investors on this board are VERY concerned about Novell's product marketing strategies and Mr. Donahoo is the manager responsible to get this accomplished. I mentioned that perhaps she could check with their Human Resource department and prepare a background report for us. I also stated that Novell must capitalize on their excellent human resource talent and proactively share this information with Wall Street. It's ok to pat yourself on the back and share this with others in the industry...<Right Joe?>.

I told her that they can Fax, e-mail or even leave it at the front desk and I will pick it up BUT we really wanted this report!

I will post anything I get but I expect nothing from them as "this was not a standard request...and this information is not in our files...<blah..blah...blah>".

How do we get them to listen...who is going to promote your company and your staff UNLESS you do it yourself!
