Well for me the jury is still out and I'm not in the losing mode yet. I've seen a few stocks suspended or "investigated" by the SEC, sometimes they resume trading and the SEC just fades away over time because there was nothing to investigate in the first place, just some large $$ shorters with influence trying to create the "perfect short" [never having to cover]. Despite what may be the norm, I believe that shorters can be the cause of the investigation. It's been done before, IMHO. Nothing to do but wait and maybe buy somemore :-)
