Thanks for the specifics. Sales are down due to PBook problems and onset of clones. Dollar is uncontrollable. Exponential is uncontrollable. BE doesn't get doomed to Mac if bought by AAPL. Marketing is expensive if you don't have product to deliver. And, I hope your dont think that the large number of past changes means that future changes should be avoided ! The goodwill will show up when it produces financial results. The Bottom Line: What would you have them do NOW???
