It will be interesting to see what the composition of the report will be. Jonah Goldberg and his mother have stated they think 40 will be monica and the rest on other issues. But let's say that the report comes out and there's ample proof that Bill lied about monica, lied about other issues regarding WH, Filegate, etc that are impeachable offenses yet the people say, "The economy is good so we don't want him to go." Congress won't touch it. What then?
