By now we all know that Triquint sells to all the major handset manufactuers ,but it is Triquints policy to not be too specific as to witch manufactures are using TQNTS chips. All of you longtime followers of Triquint, have seen Nokia listed as one of its customers (as far as size goes we do not know). I heard from people in the industry that TQNT chips are incorporated in some of the 6100 models.
The importance of the Nokia article is just another reason to have confidence in the huge growth potential in Triquints immediate future. Read into the latest statements from Erricson they talk about their next generation digital handsets. We have the design wins & the most efficient fab. My conclusion is that Triquint will get a huge share of this chip demand. Also in the article in Bus.Week it said that in Motorola's attempt to get back into the advance handsets market they will have to outsource some of their chip production.
We all know that most investors only see potential after stocks have already gone up.(as is evident by the interest on this board and by the volume in the stock). I am more optimistic now that this is the real start of consistent growth
Hopefully this board will become more active and we can keep informed as to how this growth is shaping up.
Good Luck
