Hello all looks like the purchase has run into a little snag. The attorneys are trying to settle the law suite against EPEA. this should not take more than a couple of weeks, they started working on it about a week or so back. I have heard that they hold contracts for approx 140 sat, there is 59 with MSFT. This deal still looks very promising and looks like "we" investors will prevail. LUXOR
