Has Minister of Finance Honourable Julius Timothy denied the agreement after July 30, 1998? Please show us if you can find it. You have been doing DD for Glow, that is all right. But may be you also want to do accurate DD and logical deduction. Otherwise you may invite more "attacks on my own credibility". Good luck to you.
