ASND is taking over a company which has 2500 employees, the market thinks that it is an effort by ASND to make itself unattractive from a prospective bidder by adding some flab, I am still studying the synergy which I cannot apparently see I would lean towards the argument that it has more to do with a 'poison pill merger' than a strategic merger, the market rightfully took off more from then Stratus cap from ASND cap in a single session, this market takes no prisoners and I think they did the right thing- LU must be very crossed to see a bloated take over target-- does that make COMs although different pedigree a better choice? I remain invested ASND presently until I see the real logic behind this take over.
