Lindybill and thread..

Nice interview with SAP America's CFO in Monday's IBD. No link yet, their website still shows Fri edition. CFO Mckay explains advantage of moving to stricter US accounting rules .. fuller financial disclosure means analysts/investors finally able to make apples-to-apples comparison of SAP's balance sheet and annual report to those of PeopleSoft, Oracle and Baan.

Another favorable comment for investors is that SAP does not plan to offer stock options as an employee inducement. Rather, they offer something called 'stock appreciation rights'. Avoids diluting value of the company.

I'm looking to add to my position on Monday.

regards,
mazman
