I believe that delisting would only occur when capitalization of the listed stock falls below a certain level. Under this scenario the stock price would not come into play. In any event it would probably end up on NASDAQ. A reverse split would accomplish two things: one good the other bad. A 3 - 1 RS would bring the stock price to $6.00 or so and at that price it may be purchasable by some funds that are precluded from purchasing stocks below $5.00. Funds purchasing would obviously be good. On the other hand it allows those who feel the stock is in trouble an additional opportunity to short the stock into a rough period for this market sector. I personally am going to ride this one out and hope that a reverse split is not in the works and that oil and gas prices have reached or are close to the bottom.
