Grand Opening Thoughts:

As I walked up to the plant I was impressed with the size and the way the plant
looked. My girlfriend and I then got into line to sign in.Behind us was Rene and his
family. He introduced me to his family and I was impressed with how down to earth
these people were.Where is this guy with the big ego I keep hearing about?Where is
the cowboy?Hell a guy with a big ego would have had his family just walk right in
better yet they wouldn't have had to park outside of the plant like everyone else but
they did. This alone showed me that the man is not like the crows say.His family waited
in line just like everyone else and they parked outside and walked in like everyone else.

TT had a very large tent set up for the presentation. There was a large turnout.Angelo
Paletta who is on the Board of Directors hegave the opening speach.Followed by Dr
Owen Anderson. Here is a list of the group on stage and who gave speeches.

Angelo Paletta,Dr Owen Anderson,Don Dick,Dr Dan Cumming,Bill Bell,Ross
Lewis,Ed Kroeker,Jim Coull,Nathan Jacobson,Wayne Hansen,and Rene.

The best speech probably came from Dan Cumming he talked about the future and the
millenium bug refering to the bacteria in the plants that convert the sluury into pellets. He
talked about where the company will be in the future. Many people talked about this
speech afterwards.He was very impressive.

The speech that realy suprised me was Nathan Jacobsons'.I have taled about him
before. This man is very powerful in Russia. He talked of Global Technologies and their
role of getting Ford ,G.E.and other major companies into Russia. He has set up a
conference with Rene to meet with the Gov.of Moscow Region and the Mayor of the
city of Moscow. He is lining TT up very well in Russia. This man sits on the fiance
commitee of Russia. He personally knows Yeltsin. He is also working on the Chino
deal.This man makes things happen.

The other speech that impressed me was from Jim Coull.Another very influential
man.He is the Director of the Port Authority and the Airport in Boston. He talked about
TT's role in New England he also talked about the DEP supporting TT, and other
government people who now support the technology. This man will be influential in the
deal with US Filter and all of New England. He introduced John Tucker who was with
the DEC and now works for TT.He is working on finding locations and getting
permitting for the plants in New England.Another man with many connections.

Jim Coull then announced that TT had just signed papers to aquire
a septage treatment plant in Carver, Mass. along with 30 acres of land. The first US
Mark II plant will be here.Plant construction is expected torwards the end of the year
beginning of next year.

The last speech came from Rene.He called his entire family up and he got very
emotional. It was his day.He has fought hard for this company. He started ths comapny
in his backyard working on a process. He sold his house and moved into a much
smaller house so he could get money for further development. He talked about
problems with the technology and having to stop and rework the plants. He talked
about Trooper and how it wasn't feasable for them to put up plants. How they both
hired BDO to do the study and how they didn't pass.He apologized for the price and
the current problems and vowed he would make turn this company around. He
apologized for the delay in financing and said it will happen.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Dave Pickering. He is a nice guy and I'm glad I finally
met him.A few of us got together Wed night at the bar across from the hotel. It was
good to finally place faces with names.I do apologize to Dave for getting us lost on the
way to the plant.Sorry.
