I like the hourly wages figure myself. What is still hidden in productivity numbers is "blood from turnip effect" where employees are being asked to do more and more, usually meaning longer hours on a salary, where they get no more money but work alot harder. Eventually, this reaches a peak too. OT*** How would you like to be the machine shop owner that had 13 employees hit on powerball? I hear they will return to work to train replacements.... regards Kirk out
