James, The best net phone product (Freetel) wasn't even included in that review. They said in the introduction that it wasn't released in time for the review. Heck, Freetel's been out for at least 3 months. This makes me question the accuracy of the other information. Products on the net go through upgrades so quickly that they can easily be outdated by the time an article goes to press. If you want the latest information on net phone products you should visit the VON page at von.com. This is where the people with the most experience with these products hang out. They also have an internet email discussion group where you can get the most accurate and up to the minute feedback on new products. The review you cite was discussed briefly in this forum. Nearly everyone who has experience with these products was surprised and puzzled at their results. No one took the report seriously.
