That's a very pompous and attitude you display : to suggest that foreign / European exchanges and securities markets do not provide
'competition' is ludicrous. And what do you mean by "smart investors"? Are you referring to WS? If you read the Economist article you will see that " Two years ago SAP stock took a 35% hit when four major contracts were delayed." Seems to me that the stock responded to the unsophisticated European investors then. There were also allegations of insider trading then which is not mentioned in the article....but that was THE time to get into SAP...and I guess Ibexx did!

you will realize that reengineering the business model prior to and in tandem with implementation is very important..just plugging in SAP isn't going to guarantee profits...management still has to Think!
