Dr. Salari was removed from his post as CEO and Pres by the Board of Directors in early March. Some concerns expressed by the BD arose in Q3 of 97, with respects to Salari's leadership as well as in the people he had assigned to management, were answered with his removal. The 2 VP's that Salari choose while he was in charge have recently been removed from their positions. IZP is currently looking for more experienced and qualified individuals to direct the research and clinical trials area of the company. Salari was CSO for the last few months. He has recently (end of June?) resigned from the company, and is trying to start another one. With the woeful decline in stock price of IZP inQ2, Q3, Q4 of 97 and Q1 of 98, the company is better without him or his managerial team. Things should better now.
