I would like to believe you, but the share price and people I have talked to in the industry say different.
Well run company? From your point of view, maybe so, as your dilution with stock options and payments you have given yourselves is minimal. If you look at it from a public shareholder's point of view, I would have to say, the company is not run well. You keep diluting, have not obtained, nor are likely to obtain, financing, other than through share sales for some time. You owe money to numerous people you have dealt with. That equals out to a poor deal for small investors. I have seen nothing the company has done which would give shareholders confidence in Ms. Perfect or your, Mr. Muir, ability to successfully take this property forward.
BreX proves that what you see is not always what you get, in spite of the laws. Also, I don't see very many legitimate mining companies in the Cayman Islands. In my opinion, that link reeks of the ability to scam assets and hide money by the principles.
For those following this, look back at the thread, and note that Pthr has been on this thread constantly, but not refuting the information I have put on.
