To: Tom G. From:Dave Cannon Tom: Thanks much for the update on the grand opening. Sounds very encouraging. I take it they still feel good about the funding. Saw on the Trooper thread that Lis is suing for $95 mil damages, could end up taking over the assets of TT if they won a settlement representing any significant portion of that. Sounds outlandish, but still scary. I mean they're batting a thousand in court so far. In your opinion is there any realistic possibility of ruinous damages being awarded? Any take on how management at TT feels about it? And, have they fully complied with the court order? The contrarian in me says to step in here and buy more, but there seem to be so many imponderables near-term; not the least of which is the funding which has really become a double-edged sword. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. All best, Dave C
