There have been four large buys of 10K, 12K, 10K, 15K already today, of CWEI, at prices which ranged between 15 1/8 to 15 1/4. It appears that someone is buying all they can get at that price. It is 12:53 EST and CWEI is trading 15 1/8 X 15 3/8. Oil prices are still down but may have turned the corner. Oil stocks have taken a beating today.
