Bob, I have a whole slew of questions about the virtual interface and setting it up for use with GET and AIQ. Here are some of my questions; any help would be appreciated:

It appears that QP2 will not read AIQ data symbols- how am I going to get AIQ to work with QP2? Am I going to be able to do without Telescan data if I want to keep using AIQ?

Is GET going to soon read QP2 data directly?

How do you get GET to read all the QP2 symbols? Create a virtual folder for all the QP2 symbols?

Folks, a couple more questions.

[1] I cannot figure out how to get the cursor to appear as crosshairs- I selected that option but the cursor remains an arrow. Am I missing something?

[2] Secondly, as to Virtual setup. I finally got that figured out and it works very well in Metastock using the QP2 lists like SP500 etc. Is it possible to create a list without running a scan? I would like to manually create some specific lists.

[3] Will GET read the virtual data path? I presume so and will check this in a minute.

[4] Lastly, I would very much like to make AIQ read the virtual data path but don't have a clue as to how to make that happen. Do I import all my AIQ symbols into a virtual folder? Many of the AIQ symbols are not going to be recognized by QP2, although I presume most of the stock symbols will be. If I can get all this sorted out, I will be able to drop Worden and Telescan data for a savings of about $80 a month, so any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Al
